Marcia brings several years of knowledge to the insurance industry. The foundation of her business philosophy is relationship building. Marcia makes herself available 24/7 to ensure her client’s needs are met and expectations exceeded. In addition to insurance, she offers many years of sales and marketing skills to assist her clients with business development and growth from website development, video marketing, social media, and more. She also has Health Insurance experience to assist individuals and businesses with their health insurance and Medicare needs.

Marcia resides in Deerfield with her husband Mitch Hawkins, a Slate Roofing Contractor, serving the Pioneer Valley for several decades, she has extensive knowledge and understanding of the contracting business from her years assisting Mitch. She also has a son Cary who resides in Hawaii and a daughter Brooke who resides in Deerfield.
Marge Smith

Marge has worked in the insurance industry at the Maureen O’Mara Agency for the past 15 years, She takes pride and pleasure in servicing the clients and looks forward to meeting new clients. Marge is excited for her new chapter with the Marcia Hawkins Agency. Marge has spent her entire career in the insurance industry and very knowledgable of the entire industry.
Originally from Wisconsin, Marge looks forward to going back to the Badger State to visit with family and loves spending time in her gardens.
Sandie Dolan
Vice President of Operations
Sandie is a native of Berkshire County, residing in Williamstown most of her life. She has been a Customer Service Rep and office manager with the Maureen O’Mara Agency for the past 19 years. Sandie thoroughly enjoys interacting with the clients and assisting them with their insurance needs.
Sandie is excited to work with Marcia and the team and looks forward to helping new and existing clients.
Sandie and her husband Mike enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren and time at the Lake.
Karen Woodcock
Agent
Karen brings many years of business management experience to the agency. From food and beverage management in military clubs, to owning a catering business, a small business counselor and financial education coach.
Karen transitioned into the insurance field and has enjoyed helping clients to learn the importance of having insurance and helping them to get coverage that best suits their specific needs. Karen strives to provide exemplary customer service and is available weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Karen resides in Turners Falls, MA with her son Scott, daughter Hannah and their dog Brody.

Maureen is a seasoned agent, serving Northern Berkshire County, Eastern New York, Southern Vermont, and New Hampshire for the past 41 years.
Maureen, senior agent, and owner of the O’Mara Agency, she brings the history and reputation of our agency and why so many have entrusted her with their insurance needs over the past four decades.
She looks forward to working with Marcia and the team to take the agency to the next level.
